About PLI
Welcome to Practiced Learning Institute
Founded in Kaohsiung, Taiwan in 2020, PLI specializes in CEFR-aligned online English education for students aged 5–18. We deliver engaging, effective, personalized lessons that help students reach their language goals and pass their exams.
Founder Teacher Matt brings 13 years of professional teaching experience, specializing in international and private school curricula, and is an expert in the CEFR framework (A1–C2).
